Returns and exchange details

Due to the fact that our baked goods are perishable, we do not accept returns. If you have any issues with your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to make it right!


Please double check the shipping address! Did you include apartment/suite number? Is your street labeled correctly (St, Ln, Blvd, Rdg...)? Is your zip code correct? If your package is returned for any of these reasons, we are unable to refund your order or shipping fees.


If your order arrives with significant damage, please send us a conversation (pictures helpful). We will file a claim with USPS. If claims are accepted, you will be refunded the amount of the item(s). USPS does not refund shipping. We do our best to package items carefully to prevent damage from occurring. 


 Shipping
Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. During peak holiday times (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Valentine's....), orders may take up to 7 business days to process. All orders ship USPS Priority Mail, which includes $50 insurance. Expected (not guaranteed) delivery is typically 2-3 days after shipment. Once order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.


WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO PACKAGE ITEMS IN THE MOST COST EFFICIENT WAY AS POSSIBLE!! If you order more than one item, we will package items together to save on shipping costs. If flat rate shipping is less than regional rate, we will choose flat rate. 


Business days are considered Monday-Friday. A tracking number is sent upon shipment & details regarding your shipping date can be viewed on your "Purchases" page. USPS does experience rerouting & delays from time to time. Taste and See Creations  is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. 


To guarantee your items arrive as fresh as possible, all items are made to order. Orders will be shipped MONDAY-WEDNESDAY (occasionally Friday or Saturday).
